One day house and One party rule

The following two interesting news, I noticed in the Economic Times dt. 12.112012. I wish to share the same with you all:

One Day House:

To build the world's smallest house. The house measures just 1 square metre and there is enough space for a bench and at night it can be rolled backwards to transform into a bed.

German architect Van Bo Le-Mentzel said builders will need just a hammer and saw, plus 20 metres of timber, 200 screws, four wheels and a glass window and door to build the 40 kg building.

One party Rule:

Mr.Yang Jisheng, Vetern chinese journalist and a leading historian of the Mao era told that To break one party rule right now is probably not realistic, but we can have factions within the party made public and legalised, so they can campaign against each other.
