All the TVs are continuously telecasting minor incidents or sensational news which have no major impact on public life. Yesterday the hot news was GAY issue ie homosexuality. How many percentage of population fall into this category ? Is it 1% or below ? Why this wide coverage for this issue by the Media ? The Hindu also covered this issued in the last page of today's newspaper(06.07.11).
The media should take social responsibility to give wide coverage to the news which give major impact on public and their life.
