The art of making the people work.

There may be some people in your organisation, who do not work. In spite of repeated efforts put in by the management , they may not be up to the expectation. In a big organisation, like the Government, you may not have the power to even shift them from the scene. In that case one can get the work done by those who are willing. You can lead by example. You should be ready to do the work, yourself. You should not complete the job but just commence the work and give it to your sub ordinate in the middle. You should not waste your valuable time, trying to correct people and get the work done.
