Explanation for the rime

Dear Lady,
In Chennai school books have not been supplied to the children. Hence they are not able to continue with their studies. It looked like raining that day.
If it starts raining, schools will be closed again. Even before starting the year, the schools will be closed. That is why I requested the rain gods to go away and let the children study whatever little they could.
I hope this explanation will satisfy Mr. Gajapathi and Mam. Vijitha.
