Waste of food grains

The attitude of the policy makers at Central Level should improve the standard of living of the citizens in India. Today, the CM of Punjab claimed that the Central Govt. policy and attitude of the officials loss of Wheat to the extend of 65 lakhs tonnes which is stored in the 2 km open place for a period of five years. It is national and international wastage of food grains. Who is to be blamed ?

Timely decision to distribute to the poor public would have resulted into only monetary loss and now it become wastage of earth.
